How Our Response Works
When an incident is reported, our team responds to verify the situation, assess the threat level, and take appropriate action within site policy and legal requirements. We secure the area, protect people and property, and communicate updates in real time to the client or designated contacts. If emergency services are required, we coordinate access, assist with crowd movement, and support safe evacuation procedures.
Reporting and Risk Reduction
After each response, clients receive a detailed incident report outlining what happened, actions taken, outcomes, and supporting photos when available. We also provide risk reduction recommendations to help prevent repeat incidents and strengthen overall site security.
